Even McConnell is calling for him to be prosecuted. The GOP may make that argument, but it's unlikely to matter to anyone in a position to do anything about it.

Garland will be a busy guy.

Impeachment and DOJ processes are two different things. Impeachment was always going to fail. That's why many considered it a waste of time when much needs to be done on the Biden agenda.

It also has nothing to do with pursuing Biden's agenda.
