40. Seditionists consolidated a renewed understanding of how our votes as citizens equal our voice
Wed Feb 10, 2021, 02:52 PM
Feb 2021

Seditionists put the fear of God into anyone and everyone who saw Donald Trump for what he was: a budding autocrat who hadn't quite finished the job of a complete takeover. Another term? There'd have been no stopping the death spiral. Younger voters had the most at risk between student debt, unemployment, climate change, etc., etc. Biden promised to address those issues and more while returning sanity to the WH.

We dodged a bullet by a hair. But the push back on Election Day 2020 was Step 1. The pressure and massive voting from Democrats, Indies and disgusted Republicans of all ages must continue in 2022, 2024 and beyond. Every single MAGA sympathizer must be voted out, purged from the system to protect the future. The only way the current GOP learns, think about what they've done is to deny them power at every level; it's the only language they understand.

Because another round of America First, fascist/mob rule would be fatal to the country.

And then? All bets are off.

BTW, I'm a fan of Ruth Ben-Ghiat's work. She has written that failed coup attempts are frequently followed by second, far more successful assaults. The mobsters won't give up easily. Vigilance is the word of the day.
