Its hard to know what makes some people more vulnerable than others to the propaganda, but obviously you can't argue with anyone who calls everything "fake" if it disagrees with what they believe. It reminds me of debating with fundamentalist Christians who back up all their assertions with "The Bible says". Case closed, the scriptures have spoken. That is their refuge whenever they don't have any evidence or reason to back up their claims.
