not to keep you asleep. I find it works best when my mind is racing and I can't shut it down when I go to bed.

Also. Don't take too much. I buy 3 mg. tablets and just nibble. One tablet is good for about 4 doses. Too much gives me strange (but not scary) dreams. Those wake me up sometime. If I haven't taken any before going to bed an then wake up during the night but can't drop back to sleep, a little nibble helps me get to sleep.

Not a sleeping pill. Just tells you body that it is time to sleep.
