but yes, I think Putin does and the uncontrolled pandemic just adds to his goal of destroying American from within. Death, chaos, and the destruction of our democracy is a dream come to true to Putin. I'm sure even he is amazed at how much he has accomplished in less than four years. "Who knew it could be so easy?"
