That's right, find the power switch and turn it off.

Read a book. Watch a video. Phone a friend or relative. If you have people you feel comfortable visiting, visit them. Play cards or a board game.

I honestly think that the main reason so many people are upset and/or depressed these days is that they are watching far too much TV news. Really. Turn it off.
