It looks like it can only be pre-ordered through his website, and it is not listed on Amazon.

Guess I'll preorder. (Well, I'm thinking about it. This book would cost ten bucks less through Amazon. $32.50 bucks isn't nothing.)

Anybody know what the release date is? Did I hear early September?
