Will immediately be mired in the courts, and Congress will hammer something out on Coronavirus relief in a few days. The EOs will eventually dissipate like other Trumpian brain farts and will be formally cancelled early in the Biden Administration.
This is me putting my Nostradamus hat on, of course.
