7. Who's a big brave boy?

Donnie's the big brave boy. He is wearing a scary mask, covering his AWESOMELY handsome face! Seems his aides have to pamper him like a toddler. What a disaster of a "leader" he is and always will be. Are the patients given a choice as to whether they want to meet him or not? As though they haven't already suffered enough. Did he call his good friend Vlad afterwards?
