COPPA ONLY applies in two circumstances:

1. The website is directed at children under 13.
2. The data is collected from individuals KNOWN to the entity collecting the data to be under 13.

While we may question the maturity of Trump supporters, the website is not directed at those whose chronological age is under 13. Not applicable per the 1st circumstance.

Because the site did not collect birth data or age, the age of those from whom the data was being collected was not known by those collecting the data.
