him driving except when he was ordered to drive from the drive up window to the parking space. No witnesses to him driving. Get it?
What's "ridiculous" is the automatic assumption that Brook's is lying about 2 cars being involved.

He shot a taser at the cop. If he incapacitates the cop then he grabs his gun and shoots

Brooks fell after running a bit after, but the video does not clearly show when the cop fired.
