32. Hospitals have all sorts of codes

for emergencies. Based on what they have learned over the decades they have big binders filled with protocol. New administrators do not throw them away when they take over. Instead they pull them out, dust them off and make sure they are up to date.

After this calms down the hospitals will be doing a big update on what to do if the Federal government is unresponsive. What sickens me is that it will be a big money suck for the hospitals to buy and upkeep equipment that may or may not be used.
