(and the challenge to it) would be one that could be dragged out for quite some time. In the meantime - that would be one empty seat on the "Red Team" side.
Not that I believe that the Governor would win his "right to select" in our courts these days, but I would like to think that there could be enough "sensitivity" involved to allow the whole challenge to drag on for a bit - and that would/should be good for the GOOD GUYS!
BUT, no matter what - this November we must GET OUT THE VOTE!!!!!!!!
