Former ethics czar warns impeachment letter 'mistakes Trump for a king'

1. Trump should be subpoenaed by Congress to testify to his actions...

If he refuses to show up, then the 25th Amendment should be invoked, he should be seized and placed in observation for mental stability (without a phone or internet access for 72 hours). At the end of the 72 hours, when he is dripping sweat, covered in drool and babbling incoherently, he should then be involuntarily committed to a mental health facility and confined there until he is diagnosed as legally competent once more.

(Mind you, this will ALL occur without access to internet or cell phone for the duration...meaning he will remain a twitching puddle of orange jelly for the foreseeable future!)
