to create a CSA 2.0 that is contiguous, leaving the remaining side with fragmented pieces, like what happened to Pakistan after India got its independence.
A CSA 2.0 would create its own banks. They would find ways to invest in places where they were not subject to labor unions ("right-to-work" or EPA environmental laws. As for infrastructure, have you seen what's been crumbling in the Northeast? And wouldn't the CSA 2.0 have all of the assets of the Tennessee Valley Authority in their territory?
Trump might even convince the Chinese to back his rogue state, and their payoff is the destruction of the most powerful force in the world that could oppose them.
