Let's not lose track of the fact that good ol' Chuck is very selective in his complaints about executive powers. Haven't heard a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth about the White House and Justice stiffing congress on testimony or subpoenas have you? Or Trump threatening military action against (take your pick: Iran, N.Korea, Venezuela, California) Crickets! Grassley has been around for a long time and he has been complicit in every chapter from Iran-Contra on up through Weapons of MD and the Russian/Republican election two step. Don't be fooled for a second. He's a political hack straight through to the bone.
