He was a victim, which is why he has been out trying to promote sensible gun safety laws.

Bernstein is an idiot. Did he go after Mitch McConnell for failure to uphold the constitution when he failed to do his job as Senate leader to provide Advice and Consent to President Obama's pick for Supreme Court? Cause unlike the Democrats not wanting to waste 10's of billions of dollars on an ineffective wall and thus not voting for that expenditure, allowing a sitting president to have his nomination voted on is an actual constitutional duty.

It is sad that right wingers know so little about the actual Constitution they purport to defend.
