will be ruling differently as SC justice vs. his prior decisions. He can repair the trust by siding with ginsburg in key cases especially casea involving women and minorities. Gorsuch already proved he is just another thomas with no independent thinking but kavanaugh promised collins not to overurn roe v wade; Roberts has said on multiple ocassions that roe v wade is a setted law so I don’t see him completely ignoring decades of precedent especially in metoo era. His vote in ACA case was in conflict with ‘federalist society’ indicating that his ability of independent thinking which thomas, alito and gorsuch are not capable of. One of the bigger challenges is gun control where the precedent is againts us.
