and manafort/putin/limbaugh may have coordinated to force mccain to pick palin, who was meeting with russians about alaskan oil gas deals - manafort was the campaign cochair and limbaugh wouldn't endorse mccain - a disaster - until he picked palin - timed within minutes of the startt of the limbaugh show so he could announce it and finally support mccain on the eve of the gop convention
