But I could fork over $10,000 if I made a reckless auction bid. I've done it before (made a reckless bid, but nowhere near the neighborhood of ten grand). Not only does Trump overvalue his portrait, he can't even pungle up his own money to pay for his misjudgment. I don't think that was an expenditure the people who gave money to the Trump Foundation thought they were funding. Trump's a well-known fraud, but in this instance, he's a cheap, chiseling fraud for what should be a paltry amount of money.

Unless, of course, $10,000 would put a serious crimp in his bank account. Maybe if the American people had a look at his tax returns we could get to the bottom of this?
