My cousins went to school there! What is happening in this country?? I'm in Northeastern New York and one of my friends from work - who happens to be black - has two daughters and one of them was called racist names while walking down the street, and she's lived here for her entire life. Since Trump assumed office we've reverted to a time that it took generations of progress to overcome. It's heartbreaking and I never thought I'd see this kind of hate here. I was in elementary school in the '60s, lived in a pretty diverse community. I never saw this kind of thing then, but we're seeing it here now.
