Recognizing the energy of such a powerful emotion, we can choose not to blindly act it out, but to clearly do something positive and of benefit to those that are being harmed by hatred. We are not powerless. We can do something about this plague that has infected our government. It won't be easy. It will take a great struggle. So have to stay calm and focused. I envision a great renaissance of ethical behavior, decency, and personal integrity in our political representatives. I want to feel proud of my country again. I know that the majority of Americans want the same thing. As Trump sinks lower and lower into moral degeneracy, hatred, and stupidity, more and more of us approach the critical mass needed to make change for the better.
