stream of leaks he's being provided with. The unknown source who chose Avenatti to present his or her leaks to the world probably checked his work as a talking head and attorney very carefully first. Hope that person's as satisfied as I am. 
No "suspicion" here, btw, but I certainly don't know him well enough to swallow whole without checking the ingredients. Looks very nice on the plate, but, as said, John Edwards did also.
ADDENDUM: Just heard a second former prosecutor worry that Avenatti is involved in prematurely leaking evidence that prosecutors have been guarding that could hurt the investigation. This one also spoke to the conflating by some observers, like some here, of Avenatti with Mueller as a real mistake.
Obviously, if the leaks coming through Avenatti could HURT the Mueller and SDNY investigations by providing critical information to criminals in the Trump, Putin and other camps, he would be a problem for Mueller. I may enjoy learning this stuff, but the last thing I would want would be justice derailed. We'll see.
