If you look at the pictures, many of the patients appear to be nothing but skin and bone. There's also a systematic approach to it that requires many levels of sadism from a corrupted culture, not an inapplicable comparison to Nazis at all. People were left to rot in Dawood, also a fitting comparison.

Thanks for making it clear how clean Auschwitz was, LOL, I'm sure you weren't being "hyperbolic and a distraction".
