If he does not identify a person as a client, that means any communication between him and the person is not covered by attorney-client privilege.
It might be covered by attorney work product but he would have to identify why the work was done, opening up a can of worms. I haven't head any assertion of work-product yet.

If he identifies a foreign national as a client and he took action on that person's behalf, he might run afoul of the lobbyist registration laws.

Nice to trap someone in a web of lies.
