I'm not concerned about the Buzzfeed story being fabricated
that just doesn't seem like something that would happen, too many people would have to be in on it.
I think the real risk is that it's a deliberate setup, that they think suborning perjury is the strongest thing against them and now they can say "that was debunked!" because they gave Buzzfeed a deliberately flawed story.
It reminds me of Bush AWOL. Which he definitely was. But the Rather story ended the whole thing.
