KY_EnviroGuy's JournalLet's be careful with the labels.
Calling anyone in the US a "sex offender" is a very serious charge, and we shouldn't be doing trial by blog. As a legal standard, sex offenders have been found guilty in a court of law and are registered in a nation-wide data base and they carry that label for life. You can even look each and every one of them up on-line and find out where they live. They are required to report to the criminal justice system anytime they move.
No excuse for deeds such as Moore has been accused of, and if he had been charged with the original alleged offense and tried and convicted, he would be lucky to have a job of any kind at this time. He sure as hell would never have been a judge.
What I really want to see is for Walmart to drop Hannity.
Then, let's see how many are faithful to their boycott silliness.
I'll bet they never asked if Obama was crazy.
Our diplomats can just tell Kim's people to pretend tRump is a 10-year old billionaire's kid that's never ventured outside the penthouse.
International Con-fusion.
Headline: Trump believes Putin on Russia meddling, but then backs US agencies

Donald Trump said on Saturday he believes Vladmir Putins denials of Russian involvement in the manipulation of the 2016 presidential election. However, he appeared to contradict himself on Sunday when he said he was with our agencies on the question of Russian interference.

As to whether I believe it or not, Im with our agencies, especially as currently constituted, Trump told a news conference in Vietnam. As currently led, by fine people, I believe very much in our intelligence agencies.
The presidents comments were criticised by senator John McCain who said in a tweet that there was nothing America First about taking the word of KGB colonel [Putin] over the US intelligence community.
Trump was also quickly countered by his own CIA chief, Mike Pompeo. A statement issued by the agency said: The director stands by and has always stood by the January 2017 intelligence community assessment entitled: Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent US Elections. The intelligence assessment with regard to Russian election meddling has not changed.
On Saturday Trump also launched a tirade against special counsel Robert Muellers investigation into possible collusion between his campaign and the Kremlin. The investigation could cost millions and millions of lives, Trump claimed, by hindering agreement with Moscow over conflicts in Syria and Ukraine and a looming confrontation with North Korea.

I can just see all his minder's heads spinning in unison.
A person with an authoritative bent....
cannot stand the though of dealing with anyone that will stand equal and eye-to-eye to them. Therefore, such men will not entertain the idea of marrying or even dating ladies that are experienced in life because they know they will not be able to control these women.
This also fits well into the typical conservative personality mold of hierarchy going from god to preacher to husband and then down to wife. This type of personality also knows they can take a younger person and indoctrinate them to be obedient to their doctrines (religious, social, moral, political, etc.).
FirstLight, that's why I get my news from overseas.
Like you, I can't stand the sight or sound of tRump, so for a long time I've been going to the BBC and Guardian in the UK for my coffee-time news. There are some good Canadian, French and German sites, too.
Their editorial content is excellent and the travel sections always have some soothing and interesting reads.

Good luck, and you have plenty of company here with that same problem.
Tobin, I agree that we all need to stop hanging labels....
...of our choice on any of our fellow man. What moral right do I have to publicly hang the label of "stupid" on a man or woman I don't even know, and certainly have not walked a few miles in their shoes?
Absolutely none.
Let's all remember - the world is watching us.
