" on September 9, Kenneth Starr submitted his report and 18 boxes of supporting documents to the House of Representatives. Released to the public two days later, the Starr Report outlined a case for impeaching Clinton on 11 grounds, including perjury, obstruction of justice, witness-tampering, and ABUSE OF POWER, and also provided explicit details of the sexual relationship between the president and Ms. Lewinsky."

I think it would be a real power move
...for Joe Biden to announce he would not campaign while the Senate is holding the impeachment trial. It would be true leadership and sportsmanship and might even force a total boycott on campaign events by others. Yeah, I support Warren but this is about Democrats showing fair play and class. Sure wouldn't hurt to have sympathetic coverage from the press!

Okay-the political season is heating up-just had two young ladies canvassing for Andrew Yang at my door. Polite and respectful, they invited me to a meeting with him at Governor's Inn tomorrow evening (Rochester NH). I declined but It's nice to see civic engagement.
