IMPEACH TRUMP RALLIES THIS SAT!

More and more rallies are being planned for cities across the US. Check the link and see if one is near you. Keep checking until Sat since the number is increasing by the day. Spread the word...RESIST!

Join us on Saturday, June 15, for #ImpeachTrump: Act to Defend Democracy, a national day of local action to demand an inquiry into the impeachment of Donald Trump!

Donald Trump's abuses of our communities and country demand action from Congress, which has the responsibility and authority to hold Trump accountable. The next crucial step is an inquiry into whether to draft articles of impeachment.

Search and RSVP for an event near you. Events will be visible, family-friendly, public gatherings to demonstrate to our representatives that impeachment is the will of the people. Together, we will inform our communities about Trump's abuses and the process of impeachment, then make plans to convey our support for impeachment to our elected officials.

Can you name over 20 Dem candidates off the top of your head?

Last night I couldn't sleep (as usual) and I tried to name all the candidates and after three attempts could only get 18 at the most. After 15 it got very tricky.

Paul Manafort to Be Sent to Rikers, Where He Will be Held in Isolation

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/06/04/nyregion/manafort-rikers-island-solitary-confinement.html

"Mr. Manafort, 70, will most likely be arraigned on the new charges in State Supreme Court in Manhattan later this month and held at Rikers, although his lawyers could seek to have him held at a federal jail in New York, the people with knowledge said."

"Rikers Island has been plagued by violence and mismanagement over the years, prompting efforts to close the jail complex."

"The move to one of the most notorious urban jails in the country would mark a notable fall for Mr. Manafort, who once moved in elite circles and commanded lucrative fees for political consulting work in Ukraine."

*He will have a good view of his seized multi million dollar properties in Manhattan. Poor Paulie.

About BigmanPigman

I am 57, retired teacher and illustrator, life-long dem., activist, union member. Also I do not use social media and I'm technologically retarded. I love dogs, rock music and swearing (a lot). My 17 year old "puppy" died on June 2, 2020. She grew up listening to Animals (Pink Floyd). She has kept me sane through the tRump years, not easy, and has given me endless love, companionship, kisses and tail wags.
