Parent of Texas shooting victim sues parents

of the shooter for not keeping the gun safe. Other parents are suing gun manufactures now too.

SANTA FE, Texas— The Family of Santa Fe school shooting victim Christopher Jake Stone has filed a lawsuit against the parents of shooter Dimitrios Pagourtzis.

The lawsuit claims the parents did not safely secure their guns and are therefore responsible for gross negligence. They are also suing the parents for the wrongful death of their son.

* This is not a joke

Online interest in the coins and other North Korea summit merchandise crashed the White House Gift Shop site hours after Trump’s announcement.
"The summit between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un may have been canceled, but that hasn’t stopped the White House Gift Shop from promoting commemorative coins for the meeting as the “Deal of the Day.” A steal at $19.95 (regularly $24.95.)
The gift shop notes, “The Coin Will Be Made Whether or Not the Summit Occurs as Scheduled.” It also advises customers that they can receive a refund because of the summit’s cancelation, but cautions, “Most Supporters Have Said They Want This Heirloom of Political History Regardless of Outcome.”

Fux and Friends will have the moron as a guest tomorrow morning.

I hope he says incriminating statements or loses his dentures. I will not watch but I am sure it will be picked up by other legit news sources.

He hasn't had a press conference in over a year. I think that is a new record for a sitting president, even if he is a fake one.

Is tRump's adult behavior the result of poor parenting,

his environment or is it psychological?
He is essentially the same he was as a boy and he will tell you that himself.

"He had a reputation for saying anything that came into his head,” said Donald Kass, 70, a retired agronomist who was a schoolmate. When Trump misidentified Rocca, the pro wrestler, Kass recalled, “We would laugh at him and tell him he was wrong, and he’d say he was right. The next time, he would make the same mistake, and it would be the same thing all over again.”

Donald was known to be a bully, I was a little kid, and my parents didn’t want me beaten up,” said Burnham, 65, a business consultant in Texas.
Once when she left Dennis in a playpen in a back yard adjoining the Trumps’ property, Martha Burnham returned to find Donald throwing rocks at her son. “She saw Donald standing at the fence,” Dennis Burnham said, “using the playpen for target practice.”

Near the end of seventh grade, Fred discovered Donald’s knives and was infuriated to learn about his trips into the city. He decided his son’s behavior warranted a radical change. In the months before eighth grade, Fred Trump enrolled Donald at the New York Military Academy, a boarding school 70 miles from Jamaica Estates.
D’Antonio, the biographer who wrote “Never Enough: Donald Trump and the Pursuit of Success,” said Fred Trump’s decision was “a very severe response to a kid who hadn’t gotten arrested and wasn’t involved in drinking and drugging. He was essentially a smart aleck.”
“This was a profound rejection of Donald,” he said.

Racist lawyer apologizes to Spanish speakers in New York City

for insulting them at a restaurant in a video that went viral. His law license is under review and that may have prompted his apology. He claimed that "this doesn't reflect the real me". I say BS! He ranted against Spanish speakers and other groups in at least two separate videos at two separate events. He IS really this person, in my opinion, and the only difference is that now it is effecting HIM negatively in a personal way.

"The city lawmakers are also asking the state to make public any previous disciplinary actions against Schlossberg "due to the public nature of his conduct and the wide public interest it has garnered."

Despite the incident occurring during his personal time, attorneys in New York can be disciplined for bad behavior outside of their professional duties, the letter points out.

Additionally, two elected officials have already filed a complaint against Schlossberg with the state's Office of Court Administration. Rep. Adriano Espaillat and Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. want the state to take action against the hate spewing lawyer. That could include anything from sanction and censure to law license suspension to removal from the state bar."

Does Chris Matthews look different?

His eyes look smaller, his hairline higher and his hair less yellow today. Maybe it is my eyes who are messed up?

Legally, can a person sue the NRA or local govt

for physical harm, mental health PTSD/trauma, costs of doctors care, etc after they have been a victim of a mass shooting at a school? Also, can the parent who allows a child to have a gun be charged or sued for assisting a violent act?

About BigmanPigman

I am 57, retired teacher and illustrator, life-long dem., activist, union member. Also I do not use social media and I'm technologically retarded. I love dogs, rock music and swearing (a lot). My 17 year old "puppy" died on June 2, 2020. She grew up listening to Animals (Pink Floyd). She has kept me sane through the tRump years, not easy, and has given me endless love, companionship, kisses and tail wags.
