boygenius - not strong enough & true blue - album just dropped this AM
These 2 were released prior to the record (along with 2 other tracks) but today we got all of the songs ... yay ... spinning it now, dig it so far, but I expected to!
these ladies ... it's like they grew up on 80's/90's indie rock ... but they kinda didn't cause they're 27-28.
It's killing me trying to figure out what older song the verses sound like, but it's spot-on some other song. Closest I've gotten is 'Under the Milky Way' but I know it's even more like something else ... if you can pin it down, let me know, been bugging me for over a day now. Lucy's 'always an angel never a god' part totally reminds me of the ending section of 'When You Come' by Crowded House, that one I did figure out

It's interesting to me that we still know so little about the nature of the Stolen Docs
I mean, I don't expect to know 'details', and I think it's good that so little has come out publicly about the nature of the docs as the case is being built. We know there was some bit about 'nuclear' stuff in another country, but that's about it.
I do find it interesting though we don't at least have some clue as to the overall nature of what these docs are, by this point. Seems like someone would've leaked at least a little 
IOW, does the particular selection of docs appear to suggest any motive? Was it mostly secrets he could possibly sell? Was it stuff he could use to blackmail others, especially senior GOP?
Or was it just egomaniac shit where he wanted to the records of everything remotely momentous that he did, so he could show off later when writing a book or some such?
The MOTIVE here, if one can be established at least loosely by the CHOICES of documents taken ... is a really, really big question and I expect will hugely impact the consequences for IQ45, should there be any.
