No Vested Interest
No Vested Interest's JournalThank goodness no casino near Gettysburg Battlefield as well.
Apparently there are enough opponents to keep casinos out of the immediate area.
All casino licenses for PA are taken, and with casinos not getting the revenue that was expected, it's not likely that there will be anytime soon/
Thanks for clarification. Orange county, VA, etc. mentioned.
According to Wikipedia, Walmart opened there in 2013.
Respectfully, not Gettysburg, PA.
I am no fan of Walmart.
I was just in Gettyburg 6 weeks ago and didn't see Walmart.
We did the auto-tour of the battlegrounds and visited the Eisenhower farm, etc.
I couldn't swear a Walmart wasn't there, but it didn't catch my eye.
You're assuming he is mentally stable.
I'm not so confident.
Bet he is hard to live with.
Remember - his wife tried to shush him in the theater, etc.
Thanks. Obviously, I hadn't taken the time to read the article as yet.
He'll likely hang out all day & night at the grocery and become very involved in the church.
No movies for you, Reeves.
I'm not at all surprised that your words are so touching.
It seems that very recently you wrote of the death of your nephew, whom you parented when his parents died.
That piece was most touching as well, and I've been aware of your posts and comments since reading that.
Ruby and her family were blessed to have you so close to her and them.
Peace to you this evening.
Some unusual deaths do turn up in genealogy.
I found a great granduncle who hanged himself from a ceiling light fixture in a Detroit hotel.
Also found a 14 yr.old who impaled himself on a pitchfork while jumping on a haystack.
Good job! Now we all feel so good! nt
