I think he would do better with fewer guests on at one time.
Two, three, or sometimes even four might work at times, but five, six, or more is too many.
I like and respect David Gergen as a guest, but have had enough of Lord and Kalie What'shername to last a lifetime.

He was on Chris Hayes' "All In" tonight, and will be on Chris Matthews' "Hardball" on Thursday night; was on another - I can't remember which last night.
You'll get more than enough viewing time of our Governor in the next few weeks.

Try a local Boy Scout troop, or local churches interested in doing community service.
Many groups that work with teenagers have a service component, where teenagers are required to give a certain number of hours in service to others.
Your work needed may qualify for some groups.
They would need adult supervision, though, for safety's sake.
In some places Habitat for Humanity also helps out in this type of work.
