Trump Campaign In Full Panic After Judge Suggests Trump Committed Crimes - Ring of Fire

Donald Trump's campaign appears to be in full panic mode after a new report says that a federal judge is pretty sure that Trump lied to his own attorneys and committed a crime in doing so in the ongoing classified document investigation. The campaign released a statement railing against ABC News who reported the story, but the information from the story can't be dismissed that easily. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what's happening.

The Trump campaign lashed out at a ABC News yesterday after they reported that the lawyer, uh, judge, excuse me, who was overseeing parts of the document case last week, ruled that Evan Corcoran, the lawyer who drafted the sworn affidavit, signed by Christina Bob attesting to the fact that we have no more documents at Mar-a-Lago. Everybody's looked, we couldn't find them. And the judge said, hold the hell up, Evan Corcoran. You gotta go back to back to the special prosecutor, back to that grand jury. You have to answer these specific line item questions because you do not in fact have attorney-client privilege. The judge last week ruled that the DOJ had done a sufficient job in arguing that the crime fraud exception to attorney-client privilege should in fact be applicable here. And therefore Evan Corcoran, your testimony is not prohibited. You gotta go back because he had testified in January, you gotta go back and give them more information.

So that's where we are now. And of course, the big thing is that the judge basically said it's obvious Trump committed a crime. And it's that part that Cynthia Trump campaign over the edge, and they release this statement that reads like it was either dictated or typed out by Donald Trump himself. Here's what they said, shame on fake news. ABC for broadcasting illegally leaked false allegations from a never Trump. Now former chief judge against the Trump legal team, this disinformation is on par with their breathless. Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine, and no collusion Mueller speculation, all of which were totally disproven. No, no, actually they weren't. These leaks are happening because there is no factual or legal basis or substance to any case against President Trump. The deranged Democrats and they're comrades in the mainstream media are corrupting the legal process and weaponizing the justice system in order to manipulate public opinion because they are clearly losing the political battle.

Actually, polls show they're not losing the political battle. And in fact, you at the moment are once again losing to Joe Biden in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup. So no, Democrats are not losing biden's approval ratings going up. Uh, Republican's approval ratings going down. Majority of people in this country, 62% do believe that you have committed a crime. Not even necessarily in this particular instance, even though a majority of people do think it did break the law with the documents, which is what this case pertains to. So no matter what investigation, majority of people do think you broke the law. So in the court of public opinion, you've already been convicted. So let's just make sure all of that's out in the open. But what law is it that the DOJ was able

To successfully show the judge we think he committed, which would force Evan Corcoran to go back and give more testimony? See, this one was tricky because at first I had assumed like many others that Donald Trump and Evan Corcoran just straight up lied to the federal government about not having any more documents. Cuz again, that document, the sworn document saying we have no more documents was sent in June. The F b I went down there in August and found all the documents. So it was assumed, of course, that Corcoran was working hand in hand with Donald Trump. But the DOJ and the judge who ruled on this case seemed to think that that's not what happened.

Stammering Tucker Carlson Swears He Loves Trump After Text Messages Said Otherwise - Ring of Fire

During a radio interview this week, a stammering and stuttering Tucker Carlson said that he was "enraged" that his text messages declaring his hatred for Donald Trump were revealed as part of Dominion's lawsuit against Fox News, and he swears that it was just a knee-jerk reaction to what was happening at the time. Carlson reaffirmed his love for Trump, but the damage is likely already done. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

Tucker Carlson has absolutely enraged folks over the fact that his text messages sent to his good friend Sean Hannity and Laura Ingram and his producers were leaked as a result of the court filings from Dominion Voting Systems and their ongoing defamation lawsuit against Fox News. But specifically Tucker Carlson in an interview with a ABC radio this week, said that he was furious over the text messages where he said that he hates Trump passionately, he is angry that those text messages leaked out to the world because apparently they've caused a world of problems for Tucker Carlson. Here is what he said during that interview this week, I think this is in the text, and those were all grabbed completely illegitimately, in my opinion, um, in this court case, which I guess I'm not allowed to talk about, but I'm enraged that my private texts were pulled. Oh, let's see. I spent four years defending his policy and I, I'm going to defend them again tonight. And actually, and I'm pretty straightforward. I'm, um, I love Trump, like as a person. I think Trump is funny and insightful, and I said this to Trump when he called me, you know, all wounded about those texts. That was a moment in time where I was absolutely infuriated.

I love the stuttering and stammering, and I love the fact that the Hill actually did include this in their, uh, uh, quotes from Tucker Carlson in that RA radio interview, cuz it just shows that the guy was like, put on the spotlight. Like I, uh, um, uh, I, I mean, I, I love Trump as, as a person. He's funny, he's insightful, and I, um, uh, oh, uh, yeah, you weren't prepared to have to answer that question, were you? But you did say those things and look, Tucker, I get it sometimes the heat of the moment. You say things that maybe go a little too far. You, you say things you end up regretting. But this was, you know, you thought about this for a while before you said it. You were angry about what that man had done to your job. You were angry about what they had put you through, and now you're out there saying, I'm gonna defend his policies again tonight.

What about the text message where you said that Trump's presidency was basically a non-starter, where you admitted in your text messages that if you look back at his four years in office, he did nothing. He did nothing. You said, and you're actually right about that. And I think that's a point that more people need to hit on All these Republicans out there showering Donald Trump with adoration, the members of his little, uh, uh, uh, death cult. Y'all gotta understand this man really didn't do anything as president, and he sure as hell didn't do anything good for you as president, we had the tax cuts at the end of his first year in 2017. We had portions of a border wall built that's already now falling apart and rusting to pieces. We had a trade war that's still being waged today

That sent farmers into record numbers of bankruptcies here in the United States. All of those jobs and factories, he said, were coming back to the United States. None of them actually came back. You want me to continue, or do you think you got a hold of how bad he was as president? All you got from him were tax cuts and a trade war. That's it. I mean, and that doesn't even begin to touch the last year of his administration when we were all dying of Covid.
