Judge Appoints TJ Jackson Temporary Guardian for Jackson Children
A judge appointed Tito Jackson's son Wednesday as a temporary guardian of Michael Jackson's children, according to the Associated Press.
The judge temporarily suspended Katherine Jackson as the children's guardian because she is in Arizona and hadn't spoken with them in several days, according to the AP report. TJ Jackson appeared in court and sought the temporary appointment, but his attorney said he wasn't trying to replace Katherine Jackson permanently.
TJ Jackson said he spoke with Katherine Jackson on Tuesday, but she sounded strange. He says she was using words he had never heard her use and her voice at times sounded slurred.
The appointment came after days of turmoil among the Jackson family, with a relative reporting Katherine Jackson missing before she was located safely with other family members in Arizona.

Hopefully this will settle things down for a while.
He fought off the family members trying to kidnap the kids.
I hope this isn't some sneaky move by part of the family.
Firefighters rescue 900-pound pig from South Broward pond
Firefighters found themselves in a rather interesting pickle Tuesday when they were called to rescue a 900-pound Yorkshire pig from a Broward pond.
The pond is behind the home of the hogs owner in the 18900 block of Southwest 59th Street in Southwest Ranches.
A 2-year-old old pig named Strawberry was being transported to her new home in Wakulla when she slipped into the water.
Neighbors quickly jumped into the water to help keep Strawberrys head above water as the pets owner called 911. Firefighters used a ladder and large tarp to remove the swine out of the five-foot-deep water.

Strawberry?
This statement shows just how whack some Penn State fans are:
RT @Deadspin
Penn State fan to TV reporter about NCAA sanctions: "It was our 9/11. I just saw planes crashing into towers."
Get.A.Grip people.
Not even in the same universe.
Don't mess with Paris Jackson!
In the kerfuffle and kidnapping attempt, Janet slapped Paris and called her 'a spoiled b****.'
Paris then slapped Janet back and told her to 'get the f*** out of here.'
A cousin, T.J.Jackson has now entered this hot mess and is trying to get custody or something over the kids.
Bring Katherine back to sort out her kids.
Get those kids a GAL to help them legally and find out what the kids need. Whatever happens, Paris is not going to be a passive pawn of the others.
Joe Jackson has to be somewhere with is paws in this. He is egging somebody on.
When Rick Reilly went to PSU to write about JoePa, he got a call from a professor who warned him.
The sins of the fatherWhat a fool I was.
In 1986, I spent a week in State College, Pa., researching a 10-page Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year piece on Joe Paterno.
It was supposed to be a secret, but one night the phone in my hotel room rang. It was a Penn State professor, calling out of the blue.
"Are you here to take part in hagiography?" he said.
"What's hagiography?" I asked.
"The study of saints," he said. "You're going to be just like the rest, aren't you? You're going to make Paterno out to be a saint. You don't know him. He'll do anything to win. What you media are doing is dangerous."
Jealous egghead, I figured.

I'll bet there are other professors who think the same thing.
The Jackson siblings need to get a grip! One group tried to kidnap MJs kids.
Jackson siblings get into 'FIGHT' at family home as police stop them taking Michael's children to see grandmother in bitter feud

Those three kids need to be removed from the clutches of those other relatives and put under the supervision of some neutral person they trust. I have NO idea who that is.
Some are mad they weren't in the will and claim it was false.
They need to STOP IT! Those 3 kids have been through enough. Leave them be.
Kidnapping? Held against their will? The older groups are out of their minds.
After interviews, the penalty the fans are maddest about is
the deletion of JoePa's wins.
(These interviews were conducted at a baseball game in Unhappy Valley)
Boo-freaking-hoo!
Conservative Congressman Blasts Bachmann’s Anti-Muslim Allegations, Stands Up For Religious Liberty
SLINGER, Wisconsin One of the most conservative congressmen in the country stepped up to defend Huma Abedin, a top aide to Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, and the rights of all Muslim-Americans yesterday against Rep. Michele Bachmanns (R-MN) spurious accusations that she is affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, calling them the wrong thing to do.
During a town hall held by Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-WI) on Sunday, a constituent lauded Bachmanns anti-Muslim witchhunt about a supposed Muslim Brotherhood infiltration of the U.S. government and called on her congressman to support her efforts. Sensenbrenner instead used the opportunity not only to defend Abedin, but to advocate for the larger notion of religious pluralism in America and a separation between church and state.
SENSENBRENNER: Let me say that I do know Huma Abedin and I think that the comments that were made about her in that letter, whether or not they were taken out of context, were the wrong thing to do I think the Constitution in saying that there shall never be a religious test for any office of trust and profit under the United States meant that people should not be judged on the basis of their religious beliefs or lack of religious beliefs. That was Thomas Jefferson that put that in the Constitution I think he was right.
CONSTITUENT: I think that theres a political ideology thats a concern in Islam that is concerning and that should be looked at and we should know that this person is not a threat
SENSENBRENNER: Heidi, Heidi, Heidi, the First Amendment prohibits the government from making a distinction between what is good religion and what is bad religion. Thats none of the governments business. Religion is a personal issue to every one of the people who lives in the United States, whether you practice a faith, how you practice a faith, whether you dont practice a faith, whether you say youre a member of a faith but dont practice it, its none of the governments business. And this is the whole issue of religious freedom. And that has been one of the most cherished freedoms that this country has had since its beginning.
