exactly, there is cyber-stalking and real life stalking. both are creepy.

They take anonymous action and, hide behind other people.

They act in gangs and work in tandem and know how to make use of PMs. It goes on behind the scenes and the Admin keep an eye out for it. I have been a victim of it and the Admin are aware of it and took action. They pretty much make DU suck with their passive/aggressive behavior.
