akbacchus_BC's JournalWhat is going on here? So a politician on the Conservative side
passes away, and some of us are grave dancing! That is so wrong. No matter how opposing he was, he deserves a bit of sympathy on our side, especially for his family, wife and children. These posts will be here for posterity, do you really want Briebart's children to see how Democrats responded to their Dad's passing.
RIP Mr. Briebart! Condolences to your family and children.
That is all I have to say!
Edited to add that some of us are not as sympathetic as we portray. Kinda sad at the no response on here!
Anyways, I still maintain my condolences to Mr. Briebart's family and children. RIP Mr. Briebart!
I feel so sorry for Nadin, perhaps her first language is not English
but she was a very vocal member on here for so many issues! Guess there is no other way to tell her am so sorry for the way she has been treated except on here.
Nadin, if you are reading this message, be well and take care, perhaps you can message me if you wish to chat offline.
Be well fellow DUer!
Is this a new feature on DU3
where posters can delete their messages?
This is not transparency, same like DU2 where your posts gets deleted by Mods? Now you can delete all your posts with no responsibility! That is not transparency!
Maybe I do not understand DU3 correctly!
Anybody looking at the NAACP Awards?
I just donated through IFF to PP, which is a worthy cause!
Most DUer's on here have hearts, I'll just troll around give out mine.
However, if you want a heart, message me. Too bad our people in DU2 are not able to participate, but I might be wrong.
Best regards
Jury Duty on here. I notice that some DUers are not
comfortable when a Juror does not give an explanation whether to 'hide' or 'leave it alone' OP or thread. Should the Admins ask Jurors to at least explain why they choose to hide or leave it alone?
Actually, the person who is being alerted on could get an idea why he/she was alerted for and could try to improve how they word their OP or rebuttal in an OP.
It is a learning process with the jury system and it may take a while for all of us to understand how it really works.
Just asking!
Was a sad evening for me last night, we had to put our
German Shepherd down. Her name is Nirmala and she thought we were taking her for a walk! It is so sad to put a pet to sleep. Anybody on here went through that?
I am a basket case right now! Any words you have to console me would be appreciated.
Thanks
Happy New Year all. I feel so sad that so many DUers will be leaving DU2
Hope you all will come over as without you, this place will become a place for no intelligent conversation
