The desperation of Donald Trump and many of his co-conspirators is showing.
Attorney/RICO defendant Kenneth Chesebro just filed a motion asking the judge to dismiss his case claiming he was "justified" in giving the Trump campaign the legal advice he did about the fake elector scheme. Mark Meadows just filed an emergency appeal of a judge's denial of his motion to transfer his case from state to federal court. And Trump's attorneys have filed a motion to try to remove Jude Tanya Chutkan from presiding over Trump's federal prosecution in DC.
