I've just read three different threads of wingers spouting off ridiculous bullshit

Pick any three, they're all over the place. This got me to thinking that, if I didn't know any better, all of Wingerdom might just be competing with each other in a contest to say the MOST REPREHENSIBLE THING EVER.

It's like they have no limit to the utterly horrible shit that they say. I have no idea what the prize may be for this contest, if it in fact exists. But if I were to hazard a guess, I would say say that it would be the right to keep a sex slave in their basement for some period of time.

Of course, that sounds ridiculous, right?. After all, these people don't need any encouragement to be assholes, that's just who they are.

But... If someday, we all learn of one of them getting arrested for keeping a sex slave in their basement, then I guess we'll all know who the winner of the contest is.

You know, some of us really can't muster a lot of concern over Hillary's emails...

Much in the same way, I'm sure, that some on the right couldn't raise any concern over the fact that George Bush lied about Iraq having weapons of mass destruction in order to attack that country and murder all of those innocent civilians.

Regarding the Bibi debacle...

At this point, I'm all for standing back and allowing to GOPers to destroy themselves.

Obviously, they should be resisted at all costs, there's nothing to be gained from joining in on their harebrained schemes.

They took the lead on this Bibi invite and it looks like it immediately bit them in their asses. Sweet! Let the fuckers fail.

Plus, while all this drama was happening yesterday, the Weeping Boner needed Democratic votes to save his ass by passing a clean funding bill for DHS. The Teabagger scheme to hold up the funding hostage failed miserably.

That's two cases in one day where the Republicans showed their inability to govern. They've never wanted to govern, we all know that. They just wanted to win. But winning carries consequences with it.

Unlike during Clinton's last term, the GOPeratti don't have any effective "scandals" to pin on President Obama. The worst thing they have is Benghazi, and that's going nowhere, because by the time it can be used as another fundraising scheme for the next election, people will be sick and tired of hearing about it. So, try as they might, they're not going to get as much out of their attempts to deflect attention from their own incompentence by scandalizing Dems as they hoped. They're focused on doing that to Hillary now, but it'll only take them so far.

The next year and a half will be chock full of one Teabagger fueled fuck up after another, simply because Boner has no control over his own caucus. So, why not wait for opportunities where Democrats can capitalize by nudging the Boner to betray the 'Baggers? All the Democrats need to do is sit back and wait for him to come running with his hat in his hand.

It's going to be nothing except more self-inflicted wounds for the 'Baggers, on one artificially induced deadline after another, because they have no real intention of doing their goddamned jobs.

Boner is going to be between a rock and a hard place until he has to hand over the gavel. He'll be lucky if his liver doesn't give out before the end of the year.

You think this is a game?

Iran Worried U.S. Might Be Building 8,500th Nuclear Weapon

TEHRAN—Amidst mounting geopolitical tensions, Iranian officials said Wednesday they were increasingly concerned about the United States of America's uranium-enrichment program, fearing the Western nation may soon be capable of producing its 8,500th nuclear weapon. "Our intelligence estimates indicate that, if it is allowed to progress with its aggressive nuclear program, the United States may soon possess its 8,500th atomic weapon capable of reaching Iran," said Iranian foreign minister Ali Akbar Salehi, adding that Americans have the fuel, the facilities, and "everything they need" to manufacture even more weapons-grade fissile material. "Obviously, the prospect of this happening is very distressing to Iran and all countries like Iran. After all, the United States is a volatile nation that's proven it needs little provocation to attack anyone anywhere in the world whom it perceives to be a threat." Iranian intelligence experts also warned of the very real, and very frightening, possibility of the U.S. providing weapons and resources to a rogue third-party state such as Israel.

Today is National Tell A Lie Day. Tell your best whopper...

That was a lie.

Actually, National Tell A Lie Day is April 4th.

But it's not like that's going to stop you, right?
