Rode does provide his reasons for why Stormy Daniels' testimony is not credible and when her testimony is inconsistent with comments that made earlier. While Stormy was able to establish a connection that she was in the same hotel room with Trump, most of the salacious testimony is irrelevant and that the prosecutors should focus on the fraudulent documents instead.

prior to her testimony. Since Stormy did not know how the financial payments were structured between Cohen, Pecker, and Trump it meant that her testimony did not provide information about the actual crimes committed, but only provides a reason why they were committed.

I may not think highly of her choices or her means of self-promotion, I just don't equivocate what she does with the effect and disaster that DT had/has on this country and the world, in service to his hubris, narcissism and greed. All Stormy was needed for was to present a logical reason for the documents. In the end, what is a jury member to do with signed checks? Being spanked and not using a condom are not evidence. Signed checks while in the White House doing the "people's work" are!
