Georgia Court of Appeals MAKES HUGE DECISION in Fulton County case - Talking Feds
The Georgia Court of Appeals decided yesterday to hear Trump's appeal of the ruling that allowed DA Fani Willis to stay on the RICO case. The decision to hear the appeal will inevitably delay the start of the RICO case in Fulton County likely into 2025. - 05/09/2024.
