That is probably due to the fact that he has a very limited vocabulary.

Also some of the phrases and words could be those that he heard as a child. "Like a dog", "a disaster", "a disgrace", "loser" (he uses that one a lot), "weak", "lightweight", "very low IQ", "very low energy individual", "disgusting", etc.

I'm inclined to believe he is often replaying the tapes from his childhood that are embedded in his brain. Other times, he is just throwing back the insults said about him, kind of an "I'm rubber, you're glue" mentality.
