else up their sleeves. Maybe they are deliberately creating a scenario for an appeal based on incompetent legal representation.

Or maybe they don't care how they do the defense because they might have already got to one or two jurors to have them deliver a hung jury. They could do that with threats to family if they don't comply and if they dare report the threats to the court. Trump is a mobster and that's how mobsters act.
