What an attorney said on MSNBC sticks in my mind - that TFG's lawyers could plead "diminished capacity" which would land him in an institution other than jail. But he also said that they'd never consider that, so they're stuck with a client who only continues to deny everything and sounds off whenever he gets the chance.

And their reaction to Ms Daniels taking an oath to tell the truth then telling it, an oath Trump seems likely to avoid, pretty much makes the case as to why Trump went thru such convoluted tactics to try and keep her from speaking the truth back in 2016.

That Trump had his flunky lawyers try to get a partial lift of the gag order so he could attack Daniels in media but won't do so under oath pretty much assures all that she was telling the truth and he is a lying coward.

He never met Stormy Daniels, he never had sex with her, she concocted a nasty scheme to extort Smelvis only because she wanted to empty his wallet into her bank accounts. trDUMPie was the victim here not the perpetrator of this extortion plot.

12. And Hiding The Payments Is The Crime

It doesn't matter if she made it up and extorted him, anymore than it would matter if he paid her happily for a job well done: he caused a fraudulent record of the payment to be made,

13. I'm saying that trDUMP forced Stormy to go into tangential and peripheral testimony.

Because he tried to disavow his hotel room trist leaving the impression he did not know Stormy.

This forced Stormy to go into extra details to graphically explain the events of their meeting and relationship.

TrDump was hell bent in convincing people (the jury) - (the media) that TrDUMP and Stormy bumped into each other as they were both walking down the sidewalk.

The extra details that Stormy went in to under testimony are not valid grounds for a dismissal of charges or verdict because Stormy's testimony was too prejudicial to trDump getting a fair trial. TrDUMP and his lawyers are screaming for a dismissal from Merchan almost on a daily basis. When it comes time to appeal his guilty verdict to a higher court his contention will be Stormy's testimony was way too prejudicial so he never got a fair trial.

TrDUMP is only pulling the strings of and attempting to manipulate the system of justice once again so he can achieve the desired result so he can proclaim his innocents.

This worm of a conman has gamed the system far too long and got away with it. He ability to game the system and walk free without consequences is what turned him into the monster he is today.
