I've seen older deposition videos of him under oath and he's awfully good at not remembering things. I do think in his current mental condition that maybe he wouldn't be so good at it.

But from what I've seen in older videos, in a closed room under oath he can be a totally different person. Very calm, even subdued, and very conveniently forgetful. Never seen him under oath with an audience.
