I don't know exactly which group would nominate him. How does that work? He deserves it. He doesn't just talk the talk, he walks the walk. I started watching him in 2008 when Anthony Bourdain went and cooked with him at various locations. He is the real deal, nothing phony about him. He is like the anti-HOOTERS chef/restaurateur. Do those sexist pseudo restaurants exist in 2024? Does Boebert own one?

Sean Penn also has done great work and Anthony Bourdain showcased him as well.

In a world of egotists and frauds, this man is the real deal. President Biden should award him the Medal of Freedom. If that pig, Limbaugh could get one (can we revoke that one posthumously?) than surely this man deserves that and better.
