A formula should be devised giving candidates extra attendance credit for extreme cold and / or precipitation.

By those standards. Klobuchar's rally would register attendance in the millions.

I did for 27 adult years. It is activist heaven. Activists are way over represented per capita in the Bay Area. Plus Kamala is and has always been a native of the region, whereas Bernie left Brooklyn a long long time ago.

Can't we just say that both had impressive crowds and leave it at that?

...this was supposed to demonstrate appeal outside of Vermont.

He had a ready crowd in a college quad, but, alas, some 7,000 were driven away by the cold.

In Brooklyn, everyone can walk or take a subway.
