Lil B Endorses Presidential Candidate Bernie Sanders
In a handful of tweets sent this week, Lil B expressed his support for, and later endorsed presidential candidate Bernie Sanders.
Last week, the Berkeley, California rapper expressed his “love” for the Vermont senator and his family. Days later, Lil B gave Sanders his official endorsement via Twitter.
“As much as I want to a woman leading the USA, right now it's all about Bernie @BernieSanders @SenSanders he's the real he loves us - Lil B,” Lil B tweeted yesterday (July 15).
The rapper also expressed his excitement at being followed by Sanders, and encouraged other politicians to follow suit.
“How do these political people running for government not follow one black person over Twitter? But Bernie @BernieSanders follows me - Lil B,” he said via Twitter.
