Hey ... How about that awesome Democratic Party Platform

Last edited Sat Jun 25, 2016, 04:03 PM - Edit history (1)

I'm so proud of the Democratic Party placing the needs of regular working families to the forefront ...

Wow .... Exhilarating ... Bold ...

So incredibly wonderful ... I cannot find the words to fully express my unmitigated JOY!

We got what we wanted, right?

HUGE smiles! ....THANK YOU!

Skips off to work ...

Un-fucking-mitigated joy!

Bernie Sanders, voted by mail for him but the MSM called the primary before my state was done voting.

Stupid me, right?

Death Penalty? Oh, hell, no, except in very rare instances.

$15/hour minimum wage? YES, but not now and not everywhere and we can't hurt our job creators like that.

Single-Payer? No, let's not allow the perfect to be the enemy of the mediocre.

Trade Agreements? NO!, but OK,Yes, and we must insist on environmental and worker values!!11!!1 (see how compassionate?)

It's tragic.

I saw a quickly break-down with a guy from the Party PTB going on about that should satisfy the Prgressive wing.

Do I feel satisfied? No, I feel like I've been throughly screwed.
