Interesting that they were 100% for Hillary, and magically appeared just after the initial count favored Sanders.

What's this "Surrogate Ballot" bullshit?

bunch of bullshit.Bernie may still win but they fixed it apparently so they will split delegates out of Wy and to try to slow down his

In WA State, conflicting work hours was added as a reason to send in an affidavit, in addition to the old categories of religious observance, military duty and disability. In WA, Clinton sent surrogate forms with paid postage to a selection of frequent voters. She would have lost by much more than she did without that tactic.

The downside of it for her is that those delegates are not likely to show up for the next level.

They will be worth NOTHING in the GE. No "firewall" (as she liked to call her Black Supporters). She won't win a single one of her "firewall" states.

BTW: I would be offended if someone referred to me as their "firewall".
What? It is my job to be burned up to protect the Royalty?
Not me.

And you wonder why we don't like her and don't trust her? It's really hard to beat the other team, the referees and all your play is uphill because the FIX was in since the DNC convention in August 2015 before a single vote was cast.

open the box substitute your your candidates ballots and re-seal it. In south Arkansas, an all black percent would never vote for the black candidates. Although they said they did, none of the ballots ever showed they did.

effusing her support for HRC. Her name is Kathy Karpan and she is the former Secretary of State of WY. I guess if anyone knows how to stuff a ballot box with 'surrogate votes', whatever the hell that is, then she must be a real pro. Reminds me of Kenneth Blackwell of Ohio.

http://trib.com/opinion/columns/karpan-hillary-is-best-choice-in-dems-issue-driven-campaign/article_c87c0270-641f-5d9c-acd0-54fa4a2f0e42.html

"Living in a red state, it’s not often that Democrats in Wyoming have an outsized influence on national political races. But this Saturday, that all changes.

That’s because the Wyoming Democratic caucus is this Saturday at 11 a.m. (to find out where your caucus location is, visit the Wyoming Democratic Party’s website at www.wyodems.org/find-my-county-caucus).

Given the state of the nominating race, it will likely be one of the most meaningful and impactful votes a Wyoming Democrat will cast in years.

As a Democrat since birth, I’m proud our Democratic candidates are waging a substantive, issue-driven campaign, especially when contrasted with the vituperative personal attacks and juvenile insults of the Republican race.

That thoughtful debate of ideas and track records is exactly why it’s become so clear to me—and I hope will be clear to Wyoming Democrats who are caucusing this Saturday—that the one candidate with the depth of experience, understanding of the issues, and record of delivering results and getting things done is Hillary Clinton.

I’ve known Hillary for nearly 25 years, since she invited me to join the U.S. delegation to the Winter Olympics in Lillehammer in 1994. During that time I’ve grown to admire and respect her intelligence, work ethic, accomplishments and heart."

Yes, all you good people of Wyoming, Come Out and Caucus and I will make certain the candidate of MY choice wins. By hook or by crook.......

This whole mess is creeping me out.... beyond disgusted with the DNC and Democratic party Royalty.
The Democratic Party is no longer the Party of the Working/Middle Class & Poor, and hasn't been since 1992.

Who ARE these people who have hi-Jacked the Party I once loved and worked my ass of for?
